An inexpensive laptop must have a price not higher then 600$, but even with this small price it must run Windows XP or Vista and minimum requirements must be at 1.5 GHz CPU and 1 GB of RAM.These laptops are designed for small budget people who don't want to spend more money assuming that these laptops usually don't have a nice design and a lot of futures like: webcam, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Blu-Ray drive etc… so good luck at choosing the right laptop!
